In today’s fast-paced world people expect answers and solutions to come quickly and without hassle.  My varied experiences and those of my associates and certified vendors will provide you and your company with a one-stop-shop for all your management, marketing, and customer care needs.

My role is to work directly with you, our client, to help meet the needs of your growing business.  Prior to starting Chameleon Office Pros, I had several years of administrative and managerial experience. More recently, I worked as the Customer Care Manager for the email division of one of the largest internet dating sites.

ASSOCIATES

Pam Riesmeyer, web development
Pam is a web craftsman extraordinaire. Pam and I met through a mutual client in 2005 and have been working together ever since. She places the utmost care and skill into her work, developing solutions that focus on current web standards, easy site maintenance, and client satisfaction. Her most recent endeavors include incorporating Joomla, an extraordinary content management system, into new and existing websites. She implements and keeps up with the latest technologies so you can be assured that your project will be state-of-the-art.

Amy Jo Saeter, graphic design
Amy Jo is a trained graphic designer specializing in brand development and business publications including newsletters, brochures, notecards, business cards, and more. She has a keen eye for design. Our logo is her sole creation!

Aaron Taylor, customer care consulting
Aaron Taylor is a senior level call center consultant with over 15 years of experience in call center start-up and management. He was a partner at GEINE Technologies, a 250 seat outsourced call center with locations in Los Angeles, New Delhi, and Omaha. Aaron also served as Sr. Director of Contact Centers for eHarmony.com where he designed and implemented a world-class, multi-channel Customer Care organization and supported the addition of over 12 million new customers. Most recently, Aaron was hired by a former client and assumed the role of Director of Customer Care at Stamps.com. In this capacity, he led the effort to re-organize the entire contact center structure and launched several highly effective initiatives surrounding Operations, Technology, Quality and Training, Revenue Enhancement, and Customer Satisfaction. Aaron is a frequent lecturer at various industry events and has been published in Contact Professional Magazine. Currently, Aaron is providing a wide-array of call center and customer care consulting services and has recently worked with companies like, Yokohama Tire, The City of El Monte, GE Capital, Superior Engineering, and many others.
